On this episode I discuss my recent knee injury.
The irony of the injury is I was training to prevent the very injury I suffered during the process.
It was a silly accident and if I tried to re-create it 100 times over again it wouldn’t happen. During this episode I discuss what I think injured, the steps I have taken in the almost two weeks following my injury and how I feel currently.
