Cal, Katie, Sean and Dave talk to a Saddleworth Runner who recently completed the Winter Spine Race in 6 days and 12 hours. Whilst raising £4000. With PBs of 5k 20:27, 10k 46:21, HM 1:41, M 3:47. Danielle talks first about how she got into running and how her brother had to make sacrifices for his 1st birthday. She talks about how she got to join Saddleworth Runners and how they helped her with fell running and how good they are as a club. Danielle then talks about the Spine, from hallucinations, to messages from home.

The team talk about their training after 4 weeks of not recording and lots of race reviews, including Trafford, Road Relays, and Wilmslow.
