 I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately about the differences between grief and depression.  I devoted today’s episode of The Be Ruthless Show to answering these important questions.

I want to point out that if you’re concerned about yourself or a friend/loved one, it’s never wrong to express those feelings. It’s a sign of love.

And it can never hurt to get more support - whether or not it’s depression!
