Micah Powell aka Micah The Poet is a native of Washington, DC, and in his 30 years of life on earth he wears many hats as a poet, performer, DJ, community activist and currently an author. Micah has released his first book of poetry, Things No One Else Wants To Say. He is deeply committed to his community and regularly performs his poetry in the DMV and hosts events to inspire fellow poets to express themselves.
