SOME THINGS TO REFLECT ON

In this interview, a lot of jewels of self-improvement are discussed. Some of these and their associated thoughts include:

Stop trying show you are living this amazing life online, instead switch off and just go and live it, live it for yourself, no one. The only person you need to be better than is the person you were yesterday.

Men are born with a primitive desire to achieve, to push and compete with others

If you only allow one side of you to thrive, you will not be as successful as possible in life, you need to work on and develop both sides to form the whole, you need both like ying and yang to succeed

You do not need and will rarely get approval from others on how you live your life, you decide and go for it, live your life, not for likes but for what you can achieve in it

Does the achievements in your life make you happy? You can tell you are making progress by the level of joy you receive by what you are doing in life

[bctt tweet="What do you want your kids to remember about you as a man and as a person?, what example and memories and inspiration do you want to be for them? What influence will you be in who they become?"]

It is our actions and choices that show who we are, not what we claim to be, it is what someone actually does that shows the true them, don't promise; deliver!

The better the person you become, the more of an impact you can have on the people around you

We as men have the capability to help and improve others, we can help raise one another to become better in life, and inspire, encourage and motivate others in return
