    • Alternative Health

ACL injuries are so prevalent in athletes and the general population. From acute traumatic events, to seemingly benign plant and twist injuries on the soccer field, or ski hill ACL, injuries cause allot of upset.

Further aggravation is caused by a long recovery process post-surgery, if that is the route you decide to take.

During this week's episode I discuss all things ACL.

Have you torn your ACL? If so, what has help you get back to your pre-injury status.

Comment below and we'll see you in the next one!
