Episode 88: Earth and Olive Founder Monet Bush on Wellness Design Drama-Free Healthy Living With Jess Cording

    • Health & Fitness

I think you’ll really enjoy hearing from my podcast guest Monet Bush. In addition to being a mother and mental health advocate, Monet is the Founder and Art Director of Earth and Olive, a multidisciplinary design firm serving the wellness community.

Monet shared so many fabulous insights into her approach to life and business during our chat, and I’m excited to share some of my favorite takeaways:

Though the business world often has us believe that you have to fit a certain mold to be successful, you don’t. Be yourself and you’ll be great.  One’s work environment plays a big role in one’s mental health, so it’s important to make it as healthy as possible. Reposition how you look at failure because you will fail at some point. Healthy living means seeking out what you need to thrive, and then living your best life.
