With over 20 years of experience in nutrition, health education, and fitness, Kirsten has a lot of experience in dealing with clients who under eat and/or overtrain. Join us as we talk about how to identify if you need a break in activity or an increase in calories, strategies for combating eating and training fatigue, and whether or not you need to adjust different lifestyle factors.
