Episode BW02: “We Need Your Presence, Not Your Perfection” - A Conversation With Tianna Soto

To Write Love on Her Arms

In the second episode of this year’s Black and White Miniseries, TWLOHA's Director of Outreach Chad Moses explores the “We need your presence, not your perfection” statement with the help of writer, wellness educator, and former TWLOHA intern, Tianna Soto. Together they talk about finding your identity beyond titles and status, and a common experience known as “Duck Syndrome.” As a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor, Tianna also guides listeners through a brief meditation that encourages stillness and body awareness.
