It's super important to talk about behaviors that can lead from worthlessness, as well as toxic behaviors. Becoming a toxic person is something you don't necessarily know you're becoming, but understand you were at one point after you're out of that point in your life. Today I talk about my behaviors during a time I was at my most vulnerable, as well as when I hit rock bottom.
