Episode Thirteen: Reclaiming & Boundaries - Part 2 Becoming Wild

    • Self-Improvement

This is the thirteenth episode in season one of Becoming Wild. It is the second of three episodes focused on "Reclaiming with Boundaries".  Emma talks about what is important about boundaries and she answers a listener question about how to stop doing things she doesn't want to do. Then she dives into a coaching session with Lu where they explore boundaries in the context of work and family.

Questions for you to continue the work around  "Reclaiming and Boundaries" at home:

In what areas of your life do you feel most drained of energy (e.g. at work, at home, with my family, in my close relationships etc, etc).

In those areas, identify the ways in which you are "giving yourself away" i.e. not being totally authentic about your wants and needs.

What would you need to NOT do, in order to reclaim your own energy in these areas? e.g. I will not . . . .

The coaching program that Emma takes Lu through on the show is the six month one-to-one coaching program, Becoming Wild [https://www.emmawhittard.com/about-4].

On the show she references:

Byron Katie [https://thework.com/]

Brene Brown [https://brenebrown.com/]

Radical acceptance of feelings, which she learned about from Tara Brach [https://www.tarabrach.com/books/]
