Eric thank you for this information. I suffer from SAD and I was surprised to hear about creatine. Needless to say I went and read some research and I’m going to start taking that as well as checking my D3 levels. I currently take 5,000 IU’s daily. I follow you on Instagram and YouTube and have only sporadically listened to the podcast up until the last few weeks and I haven’t missed an episode. You’re doing a fantastic job!
