I have listened to many of the podcast and have found them to be very helpful in improving my Spanish. Very practical and easy to listen to the material - Highly recommended.

The whole program of Spanishland is gold but especially the podcasts. It’s like having a couple of friends, one a native speaker, one an intelligent learner, chatting with us for hours. Andrea and Nate are an attractive couple in every sense - warm, lively, funny, smart, and clear-spoken. I think of them as the Ricardos of our generation but that’s not right . They’re teachers not comedians . They keep things fun but purposeful. Andrea’s approach is traditional in the best sense. I love the translation exercises mixed in with the content. For me, this is the perfect podcast. If you are in the US, you want to practice with Latin American Spanish, not European. And the purest Latin American Spanish is spoken in Columbia. I’m not sure if Nate, from Texas, does it on purpose, but he retains his American accent as he speaks Spanish. I find this great for a couple of reasons: first, Nate has clearly been able to live in Columbia even though his accent is not perfect. Also, the contrast between the two gives me a good sense of where I am on the path to a better accent. I’ve been listening to other podcasts, such as Hoy Hablamos. What I find is that Andrea projects a sense of humor, an enthusiasm for the language, and a zest for life that will make this your favorite podcast.

This podcast is by far the most informative, engaging and entertaining series of all the podcasts I listen to. I look forward to new episodes and revisit older ones when I want to really capture the topic at hand. I’m so glad I came across it. Loyal listener here. Muchísimas gracias por tu ayuda.
