Great info but…

I appreciate all the information but find the background music to be super distracting.

ITS LIKE YOUR BEAT FRIEND IS A FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE PRACTITIONER

I love, Love, LOVE Dr. Snyder’s approach to women’s health. Everything from this podcast to her books are easy to follow along with and you never feel like the information is over your head. I have benefited 100% from this podcast and have been introduced to many awesome women’s health professionals.

I am by no means a health nut, but I do consider myself on a health journey and definitely health conscious. At 29 years old I was just so confused by what was happening with my body. A year later I feel just way more aware of myself Dr. Snyder’s podcast has continued to help push me in the right direction.

If you’re wanting to take charge of your health and implement an integrative approach to your well being I couldn’t recommend this podcast more! Also Dr. Mariza has some great taste in book lists if that’s your thing, plus she also has a ton of great feed on her IG like EO rollerball & diffuser recipes.
