The 10-15 minute episodes are fantastic!! My commute is fairly short, so the shorter episodes are great.

A doctor who uses the phrase “or someone who identifies as a woman” on a podcast about female health and hormones is not the kind of doctor I want to support or glean wisdom from. I know the Truth.
