Notes
When approaching being an entrepreneur, it's important to ask:
What do you love to do?
How do you love to do it?
Next, figure our where your ideal clients are and how they'd love to work with you.
We have to consider how our clients want to receive our services. For example, Michelle loves to speak and she connects best with people who love to listen (via podcasting).
We need to understand the difference between 'strategy' and 'tactics'.
The Strategy may be to meet people where they are. The Tactics might then be how - via online programs, a book, a podcast, etc...
Next, we need to determine where they begin with us and how they continue to work with us (also known as The Ladder of Ascension).
We can bring in our hobbies and other ways of expressing ourselves once we've connected with our clients through their primary way of working with us. For example, if our clients get to know and love us via our podcast (auditory learning), we can introduce our hobby of, photography, for example, at a later date.
Some people want to go 'all in' and 'full on' in their entrepreneurial endeavors. Others prefer to take it slow.
Trust yourself on your pace .
Be willing to try new things. Be willing to fail.
The only way to get into mastery is experience.
It's your willingness to fail that allows you to create mastery in anything.
A great coach is one that has failed and knows how to navigate it and keep going.
