Join us as we realize our dream to watch, review, and discuss EVERY HORROR MOVIE ON NETFLIX in alphabetical order. Hopefully we discover a new favorite movie... or a new least-favorite movie! Follow along at home if you dare, or just let us decide if a film is worthy of your view... or just the queue. New episodes every other Thursday.
103 | The Blair Witch Project
This week we're joined by returning champion Christine as we head off into the woods to investigate the legend of the Blair Witch and the birth of the "found footage" genre. Join us as we re-evaluate (or in one case, evaluate) this landmark horror film and discuss other topics, including Patrick's fear of curses, the Blair Witch tie-in album, SOUND OF METAL, hometown birthday traditions, Jennifer Kent's THE NIGHTINGALE, PYEWACKET, Eli Roth, and, of course... THE VATICAN TAPES again.

102 | The Vatican Tapes
This week we explore the secret Vatican archives and learn about the haunting case of Angela, a young woman possessed by dark forces whose compulsion to crash cars and talk to birds results in her putting her life in the hands of the faith-based healthcare system.
In our horror catchup we also touch on THE HOLE IN THE GROUND, PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN, SHIRLEY, and the documentary DEMON LOVER DIARY.

101 | Scary Movie V
This week we hop in the wayback machine to April 2013, when all you had to do to make a funny movie was cast Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan as themselves. That's right, we've watched SCARY MOVIE V and we're together to decipher its dated pop culture references, challenge its cultural representations, and reminisce on some of our great movie-theater-going experiences from the before times.
100 | Killer Klowns From Outer Space
This week, we celebrate a very important milestone: our 100th episode! Can you believe it? But instead of resting on our laurels we're getting right back to business— reviewing the 1988 camp classic "Killer Klowns from Outer Space." We also go on a few tangents about Joko Anwar (again), gay Captain America, the X-Men, James Wan's masterpiece "Dead Silence," and we look ahead to self-cancelling for our 101st episode.
099 | Apollo 13 & Apollo 18
This week, we choose to go to the moon not once but twice! First, Patrick and Chris discuss the 1995 blockbuster APOLLO 13, which set the standard for lunar disaster movies. Then, we watch APOLLO 18, the 2011 horror movie about the secret final moon mission... and why we never went back.
But that's not all! We also chat about USC's horror webinar series, Joko Anwar, TOURIST TRAP (1979), Ken Russell's THE DEVILS, COHERENCE, S. Craig Zahler, the career of Gary Sinise, the presidential alien, and how to hunt for meteorites in the wilderness of Western Canada. It's an episode that is truly out of this world in more ways than one.
098 | Await Further Instructions
On this week's episode, we review AWAIT FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS, a movie that imagines what would happen if your relatives slowly became more deranged due to messages on their television set. We also briefly talk about the slasher classic "My Bloody Valentine," the horror novel "Goth" by Otsuichi, and the 1978 abduction of filmmaker Shin Sang-ok by North Korea.

Entertaining and funny
These guys have a good balance between being film geeks and casual movie fans. They have entertaining explanations for their ratings and the breakdowns are useful for some of the dreck (and hidden gems) on Netflix. They definitely do not have the same taste in horror movies that I do (they said Carpenter’s Halloween was boring and liked (????) Zombie’s Halloween) but even on movies we disagree they still are funny in breaking it down.
A Haven for Horror Fans (the good, the bad, the horrific)
Every Horror Movie on Netflix - the idea sounds so simple, even enjoyable...until you realize how many unwatchable horror movies exist on Netflix. That's where these guys come in. They provide horror fans with a valuable service - not only do they do the leg work of extracting the themes/sub-text in an engaging and humorous way, they often recommend far better horror movies/content.
The 3 hosts have great chemistry and distinct personalities that often result in completely different opinions. My one complaint is that the episodes are only released once every 2 weeks.
