Katy Hollister was one of the top female executives for many years with Deloitte, a 312,000 employee company. She credits her success with being a strong team player, strategist and being resilient during change. Being in a male-dominated industry as a trained CPA with a law degree, Katy believes diversity within organizations and different opinions are important to achieving the best results for companies. Resisting the need to fit in, Katy utilized her unique qualities to her advantage throughout her career and often offered perspectives which had not been previously considered. In a time when our country is facing a pandemic and has acknowledged systemic racism, along with a change in our country’s administration, Katy believes there will be some very positive things which will arise from all of the changes occurring and we are headed toward a rapid acceleration of renewal.
