Feedback is something we ALL experience in some shape or form, some seek this out while others run and hide when feedback is offered. Regardless of what the feedback is, being able to step back, assess and then act, will position you in a place where feedback will become your friend.
Our brains are wired to spot the danger, the negativity and hone in on this compared to the more positive things. But similar to a computer, we can reprogramme our brains & understanding. So when you are faced with some feedback, remember to step back and ask yourself those 3 questions.
