Brian serves leaders in the BPO industry to transform and improve their performance and investors in the space. As a core expert in our Digital Customer Operations Service Line, he advises industrial companies functionally on their customer operations. 

He leads the BPO service line and often works at the intersection of private equity and service operations.

Prior to joining McKinsey, he spent nearly a decade and a half in the BPO industry, where he served as CEO as well as in a variety of other operational and commercial leadership roles. He brings a unique and credible perspective when speaking to investors, CEOs and their teams.
