    • Careers

On today's episode we're joined by Nick Smith :https://www.linkedin.com/in/nicksmith11/ , Group Loss Prevention Manager from Chemist Warehouse Retail Group and PPFF Committee Member.

We've seen a lot of changes over the past 12 months of how we all conduct business, from being able to respond to lockdowns and reopens, to "circuit breaker" lockdowns, to visitor counting, to increased customer violence, to significant growth in online sales and the list goes on. The traditional Loss Prevention Manager's role had to adapt to everything that was thrown at them. We discuss these changes with Nick and get his view on what might happen in Loss Prevention in the future.
