Kerry J.D. ,

Must listen if you’re stuck or need tools to do great things!

Excellent Rider is full of quick, actionable tools to help you through any challenge. I have consumed a lot of self-help content over the years, so a few of the concepts are not new, but Mélanie’s approach makes them feel fresh. There are also many new and original ideas and tools. She gives excellent examples to bring the concepts to life, and it feels like she is talking directly to me about my current situation. She is also very believable because she has also used these for her situations in addition to coaching others. No fluff, just good stuff to do today!
