After losing her husband, Congressman-elect Luke Letlow, Julia resolved to carry on the dream that the two of them shared for the State of Louisiana. Julia holds her PhD in Communications and has been a voice for sibling grief. Julia resides in Start, Louisiana, with her two children, Jeremiah and Jacqueline.
