The overall customer service model is about to be disruptively changed by One Touch Brands. Innovation is centered around the customer service experience, and companies of all industries are adjusting their strategies to compete. There is a constant tension between mass technology and convenience, and the customer's need and desire to be valued and empathized with. This tension is the niche that One Touch has the ability to tap into and dominate.
