Loved, loved it!

I am a teacher and always looking for good educational material for my students. These podcasts are great! Not too lengthy for their shorter attention spans, and delivered in such a way that they are engaged throughout the entire time. I felt that I was learning alongside them as well, and enjoyed them so much that I let my own son listen to them as well. Can’t believe they are free either!

Phenomenal Learning Resources!!!!

If I could give this podcast 20 stars I absolutely would. My children and I learned so much. And the learners guide was absolutely great. My 5 and 8 year old are humming the theme song because it was just that good. Thanks Dr. Shannon.

This is Brilliant and Sad at the Same Time

This podcast is brilliant b/c the stories are remarkable!! But it’s sad that these stories still have to be told b/c they aren’t warmly welcomed. It’s time to replace the commercially marginalized story of Dr. King with empowering cutting edge stories mentioned here that display black people in the multi-faceted perspectives they represent!
