My guest today is the owner of an F45 studio in Bothell, Washington and is opening a new location in Kingsgate (Kirkland WA) in March!
I had to jump on the opportunity to talk with her about F45 and what makes it different from other group fitness workouts!
We have a personal relationship with this studio, coach Trisha has been a member since its founding and many of our nutrition coaching clients are members and love the balance that nutrition coaching and F45 brings!
"Everyone together is just enjoying learning from each other and having a good time and wanting to come back, and that's why people are around for two plus years."
I personally love F45 workouts, especially the partner aspect and how it changes frequently. The community is also wonderful, I always feel so welcome there!
"Once you walk in the door, you're going to be fine. It's the getting your shoes on, getting out the door and getting in the door at the studio. That's the hardest part. It really is."
