Amazing content, but I have a question

Thank you for the amazing content, and recently just read your amazing book,thank you for great info. I do have one question though Q :You mentioned one way to get HQLink is to submit guest post to publication and link back to your site. But remember JohnMu said such link doesn’t count. But I do believe this have exception, so in what circumstances this kind of link work, and in what Circumstances it don’t? Based on your experience, how effective this kind of links are compared to naturally non-prompt links? Let me know your experience or thought, Thanks, Another question: You mentioned embed YouTube to page is a good idea. However, I do find embedding YouTube Iframe will request many external JavaScript hence increase Largest contentful Paint. I ask JohnMu how to solve this issue he said I can use JavaScript to in inject YouTube video upon click. But then I will worry about it’s indexibility and crawlability. Then Martin split told me that I can use video schema markup to make sure it’s indexable. But I am still very afraid of this kind of implementation. I notice on your website your YouTube iframe are indeed only load upon click. I wonder what kind of plug-in you use, what schema you use, and are they properly indexed and rank ? Thank you again .
