Judge Howard Manning on the breakdown in classroom instruction | S2, Ep 10
Judge Howard Manning was the trial judge appointed to handle the Leandro case in 1997. He presided over the case until 2016 when he retired for medical reasons. Since then, Judge Manning has kept up with the developments in the ongoing litigation. He recently sat down with David in his home in Raleigh to discuss a range of issues relating to Leandro.
