not what I expected

I thought this podcast would discuss more exercise techniques, possibly even gym equipment or methods. This was the case in the beginning, but lately, there has been more talk of meditations and that makes me think seriously of stopping my subscription. I do believe people should listen and make their own judgment calls, though. This is one of those where your impressions may vary.
