Your podcasts are super relatable! I appreciate how vulnerable you are about your own experience. The episode around alcohol was super interesting since I’ve had similar thoughts throughout the process of trying to conceive and have gone back and forth whether to drink or not to drink. It is definitely eye opening to see the damage it can do to our bodies and chances of conceiving. I plan on following your episodes moving forward- they make me feel less alone! Thank you!
