    Act Three

    Act Three

The next day arrives and Mina (Jackie Hoffman), Barry (Telly Leung) and Rhonda (Lena Hall) all seem to be mysteriously deteriorating in health. To be “expected” it seems. Mr. Dellamort (James Monroe Iglehart) – in a moment of desperation to win affections of Sue (Courtney Reed) – confesses his dark secret to her. She immediately tries to leave the premises but now that he’s in love with her, Mr. Dellamort does everything he can to have her stay. She is not having it and in fact tries to warn the others, but they won’t listen. They are under Mr. Dellamort’s powerful love spell. New Year’s Eve is coming up and they are determined to stay for the party. Sue realizes she might be in too deep: she’s also may be falling under the same spell and falling in love with Mr. Dellamort. And that’s fatal! But all is not as it seems! At the New Year’s Eve Party, Sue appears, stunning in red velvet, and left alone the mood seems to become romantic. Sues ask, “Fall in love with you and die. Fall out of love with you and live. So where does that leave me?”
It’s now almost midnight on New Year’s Eve. What’s to become of Sue and Mr. Dellamort? Can they be together, or is unrequited love really the only love that lasts? Listen – and you will find out!

    Act Two

    Act Two

All three of the invited guests are drawn to and unsuccessfully attempt to win the affections of Mr. Dellamort (James Monroe Iglehart). They are falling in love with him - everyone does. Mina (Jackie Hoffman) simply craves a little company, while Rhonda (Lena Hall) teases Mr. Dellamort with her bad side. And Barry (Telly Leung) simply wants Mr. Dellamort. But then there is Sue (Courtney Reed) who seems immune to his spell. Her unexpected arrival and disruptive manner have upset the fastidious Mr. Dellamort and his well-worn routine including “second night Bingo”. Sue usurps him by convincing the other guests to play charades which upsets his meticulous ritualistic plans. Mr. Dellamort is furious. Sue not only showed up without an invitation, but now she has systematically set out to undermine Mr. Dellamort’s authority and flaunted his rules in front of the other guests.
Mr. Dellamort is rapidly losing control and his world is at risk of falling apart around him as he finds himself inexplicably drawn to – and falling in love with – Sue!

    Act One

    Act One

We find ourselves at Maison Dellamort, a very particular guesthouse overlooking a bluff with a view of the endless ocean. Fastidiously kept yet having seen better days, it's no ordinary beachside inn. Its proprietor, Mr. Dellamort (James Monroe Iglehart), is a very unusual host, with a unique way of entertaining his guests. This New Year’s Eve, three guests have come separately but mysteriously arrive at the same time. There’s Barry (Telly Leung), a gym junkie who heats up the dance floor; Mina (Jackie Hoffman), sixty-ish and unsuccessfully trying to hide it; and Rhonda (Lena Hall), a rough girl with a drug problem. But then there is Sue (Courtney Reed) – a perky young woman who arrives unexpectedly, with NO invitation.
Who is Sue really – and why is she here? And why are Mr. Dellamort’s three guests here by very special invite? Listen – and you will find out.
And don’t miss Act Two, available August 6th, 2021, and Act Three, available August 13th, 2021.
