Love the pod but…
The pod is great but I think sometimes the host speak with their full chest about things that are incorrect- here are just a couple examples.
1. Monica and Rish haven’t been together for 4-5 years- this was filmed in 2022 and in season 1 they were brand new- at most it’s 2.5 years…
2. Indian culture is not a monolith- and sometimes I feel like Indra uses her own experiences to generalize to some of the subcultures on the show- specifically Sindhi culture.
Also the Instagram did try to out Anisha’s fiancé and then when Anisha was on the pod and saying “let me post when I want” they agreed with her without taking accountability for their role in outing someone who wasn’t her fiancé and then saying oh the pod to DM and they will tell people— what?!?!
Just some constructive feedback- I love to listen, rated 5 stars- and am a Patreon member so no hate! Just wanted to share some other perspective to maybe be a bit more careful all around with accuracy and generalizations.
Slow & Whiny
They talk and talk without any substance. I wish you can fast forward. Driving me crazy.
Thanks Ladies!
I’ve been watching Family Karma for 3 years. I was desperate to find someone else who watches this underrated show when I stumbled upon this podcast. These ladies are a joy to listen to! I love how much they push for Bravo and AC to give this show the respect it deserves. And I really appreciate the lack of mean spiritedness, they even got me to warm up to Lopa Aunty! Keep up the great work! Here’s hoping we get a reunion!
