FANTASIA, a world whose histories have been shared through music for as long as society, sorcery, and song have existed. Peace has been brought to the land thanks to the WORLD LABEL, a global record company formed by all states that is responsible for publishing all music. The Dodger World Music Competition is again underway. Named after LORIE DODGER, the Queen of the Bands, who mysteriously disappeared two years ago. Whoever wins this grand contest earns the biggest record deal the World Label has to offer. Join Starry Eyes and the other players at WKNC 88.1 as they play Dungeons & Dragons, exploring the world of Fantasia through music and seeing which band will rise to stardom!     Starry Eyes brings together other DJs at WKNC 88.1 to play Dungeons & Dragons for the first time. Zannin Baltech encounters Stream at the Ember Way station platform after they both traveled to Con Abbando. Each has the goal of auditioning for their chance to compete at the Dodger World Music Competition. On their way to audition, they spot Schmoop Jam making a questionable delivery to the Ember Garden casino. Fizz is there too, but he isn't allowed to stand out too much. This is Fantasia: World Tour!
