Great podcast and motivation to get fast!

With so many podcasts out there these days and only so much time in a day to listen it’s hard to listen to all of them. The fascat podcast is always at the top of my list.

Great information for all cyclists to better your career. Don’t need to be a fascat athlete to get something out of this podcast. They do a great job of catering to all ability’s on this show and even master riders. You don't need to be a pro to understand what’s being discussed. Anyone wanting to perform better on the bike will benefit from this podcast.

I can’t get enough of Frank and the team. If your looking for some training plans to help you improve on the bike. Look no further. Pick a plan and follow the plan! FTFP. If your unsure what plan to get send them an email and they WILL respond. I have sent emails on Sunday morning at 8 am and gotten a response right away.

Top notch group of cyclists, podcast, and training plans. The total package.

Stay safe and happy pedaling. Oh yeah FTFP!!!!

Best Cycling Podcast

This has quickly become my favorite cycling podcast. For anyone interested in methodical data-backed cycling knowledge and everything that goes along with training successfully. This includes diet (#Winninginthekitchen), yoga, recovery techniques, and how to prepare for the biggest races like Dirty Kanza.

I’ve learned so much in the last year from this podcast and finally pulled the trigger on the 18 weeks of Sweet Spot training. It’s been an amazing journey so far! Keep up the great work!

Steve
