Knowledge and Fun

For cycling dorks, FasCat provides great content for training, lifestyle, and race performance. The podcast is fun to listen to and they provide good tips for cyclist that want to improve. The podcast has training advice for all types of riding: road, mountain, cyclocross, but also nutrition and healthy living advice. I particularly enjoy all the cyclocross specific podcasts that cover the training plans I am using and also the vegan specific nutrition advice. Keep up the good work!!

Great POD-CAT!

I’m a believer in the FasCat training way. I’ve used 2 plans so far and in combination with the principles taught in the podcast I feel like most people can succeed with this FAsCat formula. It’s super nice to have a real live coach doing the podcast who can explain why he writes plans the way he does. I’d recommend giving this a go.
