#1 ADD and ADHD podcast you’ll find anywhere

I’ve been listening to Peter’s show since the beginning and have rare missed an episode. Things I enjoy most about it are:

1) Compact timing for a substantial interview, staying usually within the 20-35 minute zone (so I can get other things done).

2) Diversity of guests who have amazing stories, and are pretty good storytellers, and;

3) The Shank-man, himself! Peter is an inspirational and motivational force that will help you overcome the stigma and treat ADD and ADHD as a gift, not a curse. (You’ll learn from this show the many ways to unwrap that gift as well!)

I also recommend this show for spouses and close relatives of someone with ADD/HD.

ADHD is not a weakness, it’s a superpower that can be controlled.

Fellow ADHD “sufferers” (not the right word): I am really enjoying this podcast series from Peter Shankman. It’s about learning to drive our brains and how to take full advantage of our different wiring. Each episode reminds me of the endless possibilities — what can be achieved when we harness our creativity properly! That’s no easy task. For me, it’s also a really good reminder that much of the criticism and negative feedback we’ve received our entire lives, no matter how well intentioned, isn’t about a personal failing or weakness or lack of self-control. We just function differently and, ultimately, that’s a positive thing. Give it a listen. 🎧

Jaw-dropping moments

When my son was diagnosed ADD, I realized that I probably was, too! A friend recommended Peter Shankman and this podcast, and I've been binging it nonstop ever since. At least once an episode, my jaw will drop, realizing that other people behave the way I do! It's helping me so much!
