Lots of Filler

Unfortunately, I’m eight minutes in and all I’ve heard so far is the guy doesn’t like the taste of vinegar. Lots of talking and filling in time without getting to the point of things.
Total Immersion

Like Scott and Tommy, I started my fasting journey with Dr. Fung’s books. I find that a great way for me to learn is total immersion. For that reason, I started binge listening to this podcast from the very beginning. I started the fasting lifestyle almost 8 months ago. I have lost 95 lbs to date and figure that another 20 or 25 lbs will put me where I belong. I am all about their repots on the results of scientific studies and how we apply that information to our lives and situations. I do not want the opinions of yo-yo’s. This is a valuable podcast to me.
