Game Changer

I have been listening to this podcast for years and it lead me to losing 100lbs when I first got into this lifestyle. I have fluctuated a bit since then, but listening to the awesome guests and Abel’s guidance keeps me focused and helps me get back in the right mindset. This information also lead me to try and do my part to help by starting my own business in edible landscaping where I help others grow healthy food so they can achieve what I have. All of this came with the information I learned here on The Fat Burning Man! Thank you Abel!!

A+++ Life Changing Wellness Advice

I’ve been listening to Abel since he started in 2013! I’ve bought multiple copies of The Wild Diet for family and friends! I was drinking Abel’s fatty butter coffee before I’ve ever heard of bullet proof coffee! Long story short; I was almost 400 pounds and I was diagnosed with diabetes in early 2018 and in 6 weeks I cured my diabetes or (put it in remission) with information I learned from Abel’s show with Jimmy Moore! Since then I have lost over 125 pounds in 2018 and I’ve gotten my life back! Abel’s podcast has given me the resources and the knowledge for me to get back to my Army Basic training weight from 22 years ago! I have 60 pounds left to hit my goal! This is now my 2019 New Years resolution! Thank You Abel! I look forward to using your new products to accomplish all of my health and wellness goals!
