Sgt Cyclestar Ashley Interview

Your interview/discussion with Ashley C. from Cyclebar in Palm Beach Gardens was outstanding. As someone she coaches in her cycling classes, I can tell you she is as motivating and caring - for all of her riders - as she is beautiful. She not only walks the walk in terms of all things fitness and nutrition but she is able to extract that extra push from people because she knows each of us and what is driving us. She doesn't ever preach, she leads. I learned a lot today from her, and you also Joe. Thank you for having her on. And I'm glad to know about your Podcast now.
