His natural transition to marketing and advertising was birthed out of the misleading and confusing information offered to the real estate industry. This made it difficult for Realtors to generate quality leads & scale their real estate business. While setting out to solve the puzzle of lead generation for his own business, James was able to change the landscape of the real estate marketing industry by not only making lead generation easier to understand, but also making it accessible.

He’s since built a thriving boutique advertising agency in Philadelphia Digital Natives Inc.& ROAS consultant, that exclusively services the real estate industry with accounts nationwide. His marketing team now manages hundreds of real estate teams and brokerage worldwide with paid media across all platforms.

Aligning with his core belief to help others achieve their goals, he created the wildly successful online coaching course Circle of Excellence. There he teaches real estate professionals step by step on how to generate their own leads, scale as well as how to start their own real estate focused marketing team from the ground up. James is truly experiencing a full circle moment and considers it a privilege to openly share with others his personal journey with the hopes it will encourage others to create their own.
