Hello and welcome to the Fearless Self-Love Podcast. Loving ourselves is the most selfless thing we can do. When we prioritize our own needs, we show up more fully for others. We are more receptive and aware. We begin to live with ease. Each episode features conversations with creatives and wellness pros whose real-life stories will inspire you to take the next step toward living a life you love. Our bottom line is to cultivate communities of fearless self-love and compassionate connection, and you'll feel like you're right here with us, sitting around the table with a pot of tea. We'll walk you through an easeful living practice, and leave you with a courageous self-care tip. I'm your host, Andrea Catherine Bachman, Group Facilitator, Wellness Coach & Yoga Guide, and your advocate to live a flourishing Life You Love.

“It feels easy to feel discouraged, but the truth is I don’t feel hopeless, because I really do believe [we are] forcing out a very strong light frequency through the darkness.” - Steph Plant
“The desire of my heart is to be able to share a deep hope, a deep peace, and a deep love, that we can embody, and then choose to send and share, and let that fly out to wherever it is that our soul wants to carry it to. I feel very far from the scene geographically, but I feel very close to the scene spiritually and emotionally. My heart is with the Palestinian people. My guts are with the Palestinian people. My cries and my songs are with the Palestinian people." - Steph Plant
"I wish for grace and I wish for mercy and I wish for a ceasefire and I wish for an end to the occupation.” -Steph Plant
“Collectively the more that we can step into our personal power - and our personal love and our personal truth and our personal peace - the less important our fear will be to us and that’s really the only thing we actually have control over - is our own internal experience and how we respond to our external experiences.” - Steph Plant
“Let this grief and this rage radicalize me towards more compassion and courage.” - Roza https://www.instagram.com/yallaroza
“There is risk, but without doing it you’re risking never having the intimacy that you could have with that community or the power you could feel in actually making a change.” - Andrea Catherine Bachman

Pavitra's work is encompassed in one phrase "Walking the Path of Tenderized Authority," where she guides highly sensitive women to recognize the gifts held in their deeply empathic and feminine nature so they feel empowered to embrace a quiet confident approach to achieving their personal goals with ease. Post-it quotes in every episode!
I love this podcast! Especially Season 1 episode 19.. Andrea is such a sensitive and thorough interviewer. She always asks the question I wish I could ask. How does she know? And she dives deeper into the topic and helps us understand andshe chooses such great people to interview. I'm always writing little nuggets and quotes on post-it notes after I listen. "Is this thing worth more than the space it occupies?" asks artist Kylin O'Brien. That was my post-it quote from this episode. Thank you Andrea! Keep these episodes coming!
You need to listen to this podcast
Every time I listen to one of Andrea’s podcasts, I really relate to the guests and the stories they have to tell. I’ve also learned some new ways of relating to the world at large (and for someone that often “feels stuck”, this is a really good thing)!
fearless self love
Andrea brings a wonderful naturalness to her interviews. These are truly the kinds of conversations you'd love to have late at night -- conversations that wind into all kinds of wonderful places and then you walk away with its nuggets still lingering. Truly worth a listen! A good reminder that to love yourself is a step to loving the world.
