    This is a tough time, but there is an opportunity to expand our learning about ourselves. I believe we are being called to our own greatness.

    I was recently reminded of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, which is a theory of what is necessary for each person to become the best version of themselves. I realized this hierarchy can help you day to day determine what you need.
