It is the time where we focus A LOT on food items, we don’t allow ourselves to have the rest of the year. It can feel overwhelming to have so much food around and you try to resist it.     60_Life Lessons from COVID

    COVID is over? It depends on how you view the situation. I do know that movies, restaurants, theatres, and buildings are opening. 
    I went to the grocery store the other day and they did not require masks to be worn anymore. I felt so strange after 15 months wearing a mask to not having to wear a mask.
    This year has been odd to say the least, and it has been a learning experience. I want to talk about what your takeaways are from this experience to see what you want to release and what you want to embrace.

    One of my favorite tools is journaling. I find I am more centered and calmer when I am regularly journaling. If I find I am feeling confuse angry or upset, journaling can get me right back on track. 
    I can be a part of my morning routine or I give myself permission to do it at any time of the day. Some of my clients like to do it at bedtime as a “brain dump” before bed. Whatever way you do it journal

If you have internal struggles with eating, food choices and your own body image or self-esteem, you want to listen to this podcast with Kim. She covers so much and makes you realize that it's not just about food... it's about YOU being totally happy and healthy with your choices, life, body and health.
