1/2cup water1/2cup sugar1/2inch fresh ginger, sliced3 springs rosemaryFor the drink:
3oz grapefruit juice1oz rosemary ginger syrup3oz sparkling waterrosemary for garnish
Build cocktail ingredients over ice, and stir. Garnish with sprig of rosemary.
