This episode features Gudiya, an electronic/experimental artist who samples everything from Bollywood songs to her own family videos. We talked about her experience in the music scene as a woman of color, her time at Manifest Music Festival, and her process of navigating music production.

MargRock is a podcast aimed at celebrating and bringing into focus music created by and for people of marginalized genders and sexualities. We were able to attend the first night of the Manifest Music Festival, located in downtown Chapel Hill and created in response to the underrepresentation of women and gender non-comforming folks in the area.
