    163. How to lean in during the times where you don't have it in you

This week on the Best Today® Podcast I am talking about those times when you simply don’t have it in you to do the things before you in a day, not because you are’t well rested or nourished but simply because you are a human who has moments and days where you don’t have it in you. This is an episode you’ll want to save and come back to as often as you need and it’s the one to send to a friend so that they have it when they need it too.

    162. A Reminder to take all of your Paid Time Off

This week on the Best Today® Podcast I am talking about the importance of taking time off and how we may be trained not to do so as early as elementary school. I also share how paid time off isn’t just for those who work outside of the home. Listen as I explain why strategically planning time off can help you and how not doing so many times is leaving your money on the table.

    161. Exposing the lie of "you only get 18 years"

    161. Exposing the lie of "you only get 18 years"

This week on the Best Today® Podcast I am talking about a common phrase that I’ve heard in passing far too much, “You only get 18 years” or “18 summers” with your children. I’m explaining why this phrase is a lie, is far more harmful than it could ever be helpful and giving you an alternative way to think about your time. This episode is very important and I ask you to share it with every parent that you know. Enjoy and let me know when you listen!

TheresaDiulus ,

Congratulations on 150 episodes!!

One line that really stuck out and struck me from Episode 150 was how putting screens down allows us to honor the presence of others. That speaks! More than just focus, beyond multitasking, honoring their presence. So good, Shunta!

Toby Pollack ,
