Very Intuitive Insight!

I’ve been a using Kala Duncan as my coach for a while now, and recently began listening to this podcast. She’s given me tips and tricks in my check-ins, and I wanted a daily dose of them in my life, so I was pleased to hear these episodes absolutely full of valuable insight! Lately I’ve felt like I’ve hit a wall, so I just scanned through the episode descriptions until I found what I needed, and it was so boosting to hear these ladies talk about foundational techniques to re-program my mindset! Can’t wait to ask her more in my next check-in!

I’m so thankful for all of the positive encouragement you ladies have to offer. I always feel encouraged and empowered after listening to your podcast. I love the different perspectives each of you have to offer.

Positive reinforcement for staying the course

It can be so frustrating... being patient. Waiting for your body to respond (or respond the way you would like!) it’s also hard to be patient with learning about your body, your mind and the interaction between the two. This podcast is fantastic for motivation, optimism, and finding your needed dosage of self compassion.
