How to fix “I have no ideas” in 24 hours

How to fix “I have no ideas” in 24 hours

How many times have you said any of these things?
    “I have no ideas”?
    “My mind has gone blank”
My personal favourite is: “I just can’t think of anything to say”.
I call it Blank Page Syndrome (so do other people—I didn’t invent the term).
It really annoys me when people say “I have no ideas”. It shouldn’t annoy me I _know_, but it does. It annoys me even more when I say it _to myself_.
Why does it annoy me more than the last season of Game of Thrones?
The simplest reason is: you saying “I have no ideas” isn’t true.
    It’s never true.

    You've only just began

If you're 2 weeks in, you've only just began.
Even if you're a year in, you've only just began.
Even if you're 10 years in, you've only just began.

    Be careful of copying anomalies

When you are looking to replicate people's tactics whilst you are building an audience be careful that you don't copy an anomaly.

    I Am+

In today's slightly longer Sunday episode I talk about the idea that you are not defined by your job.
You are not pigeonholed by your past experiences.
    You are you.

    "Here's what" not "This is"

    "Here's what" not "This is"

It's more powerful to share content from a point of view of "here's what I've learned" rather than saying "This is correct".
One way will get people to listen. The other way will just rile people up.
    Let me try and explain.

    Do things daily

    Do things daily

As you know, I'm a big proponent of doing things daily.
I approach most of my content production in a daily fashion. I publish a daily podcast, I make daily images for ProduceMore (https://twitter.com/producemore) and I've taken on many other daily tasks in the past.
I think it's the best way to build an audience.
    Let me tell you why.
