Dan Blanchard the Best-Selling Author, Award-Winning Speaker, and Educator, as well as, two-time Junior Olympian Wrestler, and two-time Junior Olympian Wrestling Coach grew up as a student-athlete. However, Dan admits that as a youth he was more of an athlete than a student. Dan has now successfully completed fourteen years of college and has earned seven degrees. He teaches Special Education and Social Studies in Connecticut’s largest inner-city high school where he was chosen by the AFT-CT as the face and voice of educational reform and is now on the speaking circuit for them. Dan was with the team that put forth Connecticut’s new Social Studies Frameworks
and is also a member of the Special Education Advisory Board to the Connecticut State Department of Education. In addition, Dan is a Teacher Consultant for the University of Connecticut’s Writing Project. Finally, Dan is a double veteran of the Army and the Air Force.

Born in savlamar Jamaica, akeem didn’t have much of an advantage from the beginning, with limited options, and tragic events happening in his life, he moved to Canada with his mother seeking a better life. Falling back into tough times, his mother and him struggled to find stability, in a span of 5 months they moved 7 times to different homes and eventually found themselves homeless in the middle of winter time at the age of 13.
Down but not out, with the help of some friends they were able to get back on their feet. Akeem started getting involved in sports, mainly football and track and field. Akeem excelled on the field and on the track and won many different awards. Years later he become an olympic medalist, an NCAA all american, and most importantly a graduate from the university of Alabama. With his experiences from the past, Akeem uses that as a reminder to persevere through whatever live throws our way and do it in a positive manner.

David started His Pure Tropix all natural skin care company while working a full time job as an aircraft mechanic and pilot for an engineering company. In the first 6 months, Pure Tropix did 100k in sales solely off of Instagram. David was able to build his company to do 25k a month and finally took the leap into full time entrepreneurship!! Justin Spaulding is President and co-founder of Spaulding Group, as well as SG Realty, (property management and real estate holding companies) which owns and manage $20,000,000+ of real estate including 300 apartments, 300 storage units, 3 offices and a warehouse.

Justin made his first real estate investment at age 19. He then decided to become an independent distributor for a leading direct sales company, AdvoCare. His AdvoCare income has acted as seed money for all other investments.

Justin is, most recently, a minority shareholder of MAVANA (Mixed Animal Veterinary Associates North America). MAVANA currently owns 30+ veterinary practices throughout the United States.

Justin was a NCAA All American football player at the University of Dubuque (Iowa).
