Enlightening listen

I really enjoy listening to this show along with the versatile guests. Self development and discovery has been in the forefront of my wellness journey and I love hearing about these concepts in yoga and for HSP (being one myself) that I can relate to! Amazing.

Grateful ♡

I freaking love this show! Loved it since the first episode I discovered. I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for so many years, still working on becoming more consistent with it, and I think I searched, “getting back into your body” … I was looking for a show where someone was talking about the process and difficulties that come along with choosing to continue to show up for yourself and take care of yourself and develop yourself -whatever that means to you… To not fall victim to the sedentary, disconnected-from-self way of living, that more and more people seem to be finding themselves stuck it in!!

So good for self-work

Great podcast. I especially love the solo episodes that teach about emotional and nervous system regulation. There’s so much great information.
