I’m 17 and was pretty overweight a few years ago, i started researching on tik tok and came across Jared and began listening to his podcast. Since then I’ve lost 100lbs and feel much more confident in myself, every time somebody asks me how I did it I refer them to Jared because he explains it best. I’m extremely grateful because being young and easily influenced I could’ve gotten sucked into the diet culture and yo-yo dieting, but I’ve been maintaining for a year now and still listening to his podcast and it helps tremendously, thank you!
